Job description
Methodist Health System seeks experienced ICU/Cardiovascular Intensive Care nurses to deliver high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill cardiac and surgical patients. RNs will manage complex hemodynamics, ventilators, vasoactive drips, and advanced cardiac monitoring while collaborating with intensivists, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities include rapid assessment, implementation of individualized care plans, patient and family education, and precise documentation.
