Job description
UC San Diego Health is seeking a clinical nurse leader to serve as a CNS4 or CNE4, guiding cardiovascular care across units. This role partners with nursing management to implement evidence-based practices, policy development, and program innovations.
The candidate will lead interdisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive quality outcomes with expert clinical knowledge. Availability across multiple shifts and locations may be required.
