Job description
Portsmouth Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced RN Clinical Coordinator to support our Cardiovascular OR. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily CVOR operations, support surgeons and staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include overseeing scheduling and workflow, assisting with complex procedures, mentoring nursing staff, and driving quality and compliance initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, champion evidence-based practices, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment dedicated to excellent cardiac and vascular outcomes.
