Job description
Provide patient-centered care to patients recovering from cardiac procedures or managing complex cardiovascular conditions. Assess patients, monitor telemetry and vital signs, administer medications, coordinate care plans, respond to changes in condition, educate patients and families, and collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
