Weekdays Monday - Friday 7a-7a (24 hours on call)
Saturday & Sunday 7a-7a (24 hours on call) with call back as needed for Cath & ED
Dates of Coverage: October 2 -16, potentially longer

Average Number of Cases Per Day: 1-2
Trauma Level/Designation: Community Hospital/No Trauma
Annual ER Volume: 55,000 - 60,000
Number of Operating Rooms: 16 total which includes 2 heart rooms and 1 hybrid room
Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
Patient Age Demographic (Pediatric, Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric): Adult 18+

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS : Board Certified (BC in Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery ABTS/ABMS) - REQUIRED
Fellowship Training - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
FL State License - REQUIRED
