Job description
Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, FL seeks a Clinical Nurse Lead in the Cardiovascular Transplant Operating Room to supervise nursing staff, implement care plans, and ensure patient safety. The role requires advanced clinical skills and independent judgement under supervision.
Time may be split between the Main Operating Room and CVTOR; full-time schedule includes weekends and rotating days. Requires Florida RN license; BLS/ACLS; BSN preferred; OR experience preferred.
