What You'll Do:
* Provide care management services to individuals in recovery
* Assist in developing support networks and access to community resources
* Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
* Collaborate with healthcare providers and support organizations
What We're Looking For:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals
