Job description
Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a Care Experience Manager (CEM) in Newark, DE to coordinate client and caregiver experiences, ensuring satisfaction and smooth operations without hands-on clinical work.
You will manage caregiver schedules, support patient referrals and onboarding, maintain records, and participate in on-call phone support. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of sales, customer service, or fast-paced offices are required; MS Office and strong communication are essential.
