Care Manager Relations Rep | Brooklyn, NY · $55,000–$70,000 + CommissionThis position is all about relationships. You'll be the face of the agency to care managers, case managers, insurance plan reps, and other referral sources, building the kind of trust that turns a single introduction into a long-term partnership. If you're the type of person who naturally connects with people across all walks of life and knows how to keep those connections alive, this role was built for you.Key ResponsibilitiesRelationship BuildingDevelop and maintain strong, ongoing partnerships with care managers, case managers, and insurance plan representativesBecome a trusted point of contact for referral sources across the networkConnect authentically with a wide range of personalities and professional backgroundsOutreach & Network ExpansionResearch and identify potential new referral sourcesConduct proactive outreach to bring new partners into the foldDevelop creative strategies to strengthen existing relationships and grow the referral networkReferral GenerationDrive consistent patient referrals through relationship-driven engagementNurture connections over time rather than treating any interaction as a one-time touchQualificationsStrong interpersonal and networking skills — you genuinely enjoy building relationshipsSelf-motivated and proactive, not waiting to be told what to do nextCreative and dynamic in your approach to outreach and engagementQuick thinker with solid emotional intelligenceExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenInterested?
