Job description
Experience Senior Living seeks a dedicated Care Partner to join our team. This full-time role covers Thursday through Saturday, 6am to 6pm, assisting residents with daily living activities while upholding care plans and safety standards.
You will perform light housekeeping, laundry, and support participation in enrichment programs, communicating changes in needs promptly and maintaining confidentiality and infection control throughout shifts.
