Job description
Carlton Senior Living is seeking a Care Partner to join our caring team in California. You will assist residents with daily living activities, including grooming, mobility, and meal support, on a Friday–Monday, 6AM–2PM shift.
You will monitor care plans, document updates using our devices, and follow safety and elopement prevention procedures while fostering a warm, collaborative atmosphere with residents and their families.
