Responsibilities
Provide direct care assisting residents in daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, mobility, and incontinence care.
Keep proper care records and report any changes in residents’ conditions.
Interact effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older.
High school diploma or equivalent and have successfully completed training required by State regulations.
Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
Ability to work responsibly as a team member and as an individual.
Effective communication skills with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the general public.
Honesty, fairness, dependability, respect for confidentiality, and respect for the rights and privacy of others.
Meet all health requirements and pass a background check.
HHA certification desired.
Industry experience required.
