Job description
Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville seeks Care Partner Trainee to support patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. This is a non-licensed position; no specialized healthcare degree required.
Participants are hired as Trainees, complete the Vanderbilt Care Partner Academy (VCPA) with paid training, then advance to a full Care Partner role with benefits and a rotating shift schedule.
