You enjoy collaborating with teammates, receiving and providing feedback, and continuously developing your skills.You HaveRequired QualificationsStrong customer service skills with a consumer-centric mindsetExperience solving customer issues and making informed decisionsExcellent communication skills across phone, email, and other communication channelsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlinesStrong collaboration and teamwork skillsAbility to learn new systems, processes, and proprietary applicationsStrong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulnessPreferred QualificationsBA/BS degree or equivalent industry experienceExperience in insurance, financial services, banking, retail, hospitality, or customer operationsExperience processing transactions, payments, account changes, or policy servicing requestsExperience working in a regulated or compliance-focused environmentAbility to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneouslyYou WillProcess newly submitted Individual Life and Individual Disability insurance applications in compliance with business and regulatory requirements.Review new business submissions, process policy issuance activities, payments, and policy changes.Deliver exceptional customer experiences by keeping customers informed throughout the handling of their requests.Develop expertise in operational processes, fraud controls, and risk management practices.Collaborate with peers to meet quality, productivity, and customer experience goals.Identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and enhance the customer experience.Continuously expand knowledge and skills through training, development opportunities, and stretch assignments.Reporting RelationshipsAs our CARE Specialist, New Business Operations, you will report directly to a New Business CARE Team Leader.Salary Range: $42,830.00 - $64,250.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate.
