As a
Direct Care Staff (DSP) , you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities in a residential group home setting. You’ll help people live safe, fulfilling lives while building trusting relationships that encourage independence and personal choice.
Assisting with daily living skills such as personal care, meals, and routines
Supporting medical needs and appointments
Encouraging community involvement and social engagement
Completing routine overnight safety checks (for overnight staff)
High School Diploma or GED
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is helpful—but
not required
. We provide
paid training
to help you succeed.
19.28 per hour
~ Additional $0.50 per hour
with DDS Medication Certification
