Job description
Catholic Charities Brooklyn and Queens is seeking a Retention Specialist to develop and coordinate workforce readiness programming for interns in the DYCD CRED Program. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, you will manage orientation, curricula, and participant engagement to prepare for internships and employment.
You will collaborate with Case Managers, Job Developers, employers and partners, lead curriculum delivery, track attendance and outcomes, and ensure compliance with DYCD
