Job description
Westhab Inc. in Yonkers, NY is seeking a Retention Specialist to provide employment counseling and case management, with a focus on pre- and post-employment follow up within the Employment Services division.
Under supervision of the Program Manager, the specialist will coordinate job development, assess participant needs, and help clients overcome barriers to gain and maintain employment, including training and support services.
