Exhava Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring caregivers to provide quality support to aging adults in the comfort of their own homes.As a caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients feel safe, comfortable, respected, and supported throughout their daily routines. From assisting with personal care and mobility to preparing meals and providing companionship, your presence can make a meaningful difference in a client's day.If you are available Monday through Friday, enjoy working with older adults, and have a genuine heart for caregiving, we would love to hear from you.Responsibilities include:Assist with mobility, toileting, personal care, and incontinence careMonitor client safety and provide companionshipAssist with daily routines and activitiesPrepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when neededPerform light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environmentDocument care activities and communicate concerns or changes to the care teamProvide respectful, compassionate care while maintaining client dignity and independenceRequirements include:Previous caregiving experience preferredActive California Home Care Aide (HCA) registrationCurrent TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulationsLegally authorized to work in the U.S.Valid driver's license and active auto insurance preferred/required when applicable to the assignmentWhy join us?Competitive Pay: $20-$25/hourWeekly PayFlexible SchedulingHoliday PaySupportive teamOngoing Training and SupportRewarding work making a difference in the lives of othersAt Exhava Home Care, we believe caregivers are an essential part of quality home care.
