Caregiver – Alzheimer’s Client – Lithonia, GAPosition: Caregiver Location: Lithonia, GA Schedule: Part-time – Tuesdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Pay: $14 – $16 per hourJob Description: We are looking for compassionate, dependable caregivers to support clients in their homes. In this role, you’ll provide meaningful care, assistance with daily routines, and support with personal or medical needs as appropriate—always with respect, dignity, and a warm heart. This is a non-judgmental, client-centered role where your presence makes a real difference.This particular client is living with Alzheimer’s and needs patient, supportive assistance with daily routines. The client may occasionally resist bathing, so caregivers should be comfortable using gentle encouragement and redirection techniques.Responsibilities:Provide companionship and support daily routinesAssist with personal care and/or medical needs as required: moderate care (bathing assistance, hygiene support, mobility encouragement)Encourage hydration, nutrition, and proper self-careObserve and report changes in client condition or needsMaintain open communication with office staffRequirements:Relevant certifications or training for the role (e.g., CNA, PCA, CPR, First Aid)Current TB testCompassion, professionalism, and reliabilityPrevious caregiving or healthcare experience preferredAbility to pass a background checkDependable transportationBenefits:Competitive pay ($14 – $16 per hour)Flexible scheduling based on availability and client needsPaid trainingSupportive office teamOpportunities for additional hours as care needs growAbout Us: Always Best Care – Atlanta provides compassionate, professional in-home care that supports seniors and clients of all needs in maintaining independence and dignity in their own homes.
