Experienced Caregiver NeededGriswold Home Care is looking for an experienced, full-time Caregiver to join our team at the Merrimack Valley franchise in Andover, Massachusetts. The Caregiver’s primary responsibilities will be to provide loving and compassionate personal care and supportive services to clients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs. The successful candidate will be a patient, team-player who can multi-task and has strong communication skills.Compensation & BenefitsThis is a full-time, hourly position with competitive wages and an extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as vacation, sick, and holiday pay.ResponsibilitiesDevelop personalized care plans for clients according to their specific needsAssist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressingMonitor client's moods and report any changes to supervisorKeep records of client care, condition, progress, and concernsFollow prescribed health and safety proceduresMaintain a clean and organized client spaceRequirementsMinimum of one year of experience providing care to seniors or people with disabilitiesCPR certification (or willing to obtain certification)Ability to assume an active role in maintaining client safetyPrevious experience operating mobil lifts and other assistive technologiesStrong communication and organizational skillsFlexible schedule, willing to work evenings and weekendsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkEEOC StatementGriswold Home Care is committed to creating a diverse and hospitable workplace, and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
