CaregiverSenior Helpers of Greater Arlington Location: Arlington, TX (North Arlington / South Arlington / Mansfield / Grand Prairie) Type: Part-time / Full-time Reports to: Scheduling CoordinatorSenior Helpers of Greater Arlington is a home care agency dedicated to improving the quality of life of seniors. We opened in December 2025 and are growing fast. We are committed to compassionate, professional care.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility)Companion and supervision support in the client’s home or facilityMonitor client health status and report any changes immediately to the coordinatorDocument activities and observations in WellSkyMaintain active and timely communication with the scheduling teamMandatory RequirementsCandidates who do not meet these requirements will be automatically disqualified.Requirement - DetailValid driver’s license - Required — no license, no further processReliable personal transportation - Must be able to travel between clientsEligibility to work in the U.S. - Documentation required to complete the I-9Schedule availability - Morning, afternoon, night shifts, and weekendsSocial Security Number (SSN) - Required for background check and payrollActive cell phone - For communication with the team and clientsRequired Documents for the Hiring ProcessAll candidates must submit the following documents through the application portal:Identity & Work Eligibility (I-9)Valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport, state ID)Document proving U.S. work eligibility (e.g., Social Security card, U.S. passport, EAD)Tax DocumentsW-4 Form (federal tax withholding) — completed during onboardingBackground CheckSigned background check authorization — mandatory before starting any shiftOnboarding DocumentsSigned company policies and employee handbookDirect deposit banking information (optional but recommended)CertificationsCNA, HHA, or CPR/First Aid certification (if applicable)At least 1 professional reference from a previous caregiving roleWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly payFlexible schedulingOngoing training and supportCompassionate and team-oriented work environmentGrowth opportunities within the agency
