Position – Assisted Living Caregiver (PCW) or CNA
Location: Bell Tower Residence – Merrill,WI (On-site)
Status: Full-time | Part-Time | Casual
Schedule: Days (6:00am-2:00pm) | PMs ( 2:00pm-10:00pm) | NOCs (10:00pm – 6:00am) - Every other weekend | Rotating Holidays - we want to work with your schedule
Job Summary:
A Caregiver (PCW) or CAN at Bell Tower Residence is compassionate and dependable. In this role, you will provide hands‑on support with daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, meal support, and mobility, while promoting resident dignity and independence. Caregivers also monitor resident well‑being, communicate changes to the care team, and help create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality care to seniors and individuals in a residential setting.
Compensation:
$1.00 per hour shift differential for PM Shift
$2.50 per hour shift differential for NOC Shift

Key Responsibilities:
Performs all services required of a CNA including providing nursing and nursing‑related services to individuals with cognitive impairments.
Initial and ongoing data collection on all patients/residents under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse.
Implements plan of care based on patient/resident physical, psychosocial, cultural, ethnic and religious/spiritual needs.
Provides direct patient/resident care and reports condition and changes to RN or LPN.
Demonstrates knowledge of, and respect for the rights, dignity and individuality of each resident in all interactions.
Actively maintains the confidentiality of resident and facility information.
Demonstrates respect for co-workers and responds to needs of residents by complying with facility policies on attendance and punctuality. Arrives and begins work on time.
Has working knowledge and ability to comply with facility policies and procedures for workplace safety including infection control procedures, application of universal precautions for bloodborne pathogens, use of personal protective equipment and handling of hazardous materials.
Demonstrates time management and prioritization of tasks.
