Caregiver Needed In Ardmore, AlHelping Hearts USA LLC is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver for a private-duty senior care case in Ardmore, Alabama. This is a great opportunity for a caregiver who wants steady weekday hours, meaningful one-on-one care, and the chance to truly make a difference.Location: Ardmore, ALSchedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 2:00 PMAbout This Case: We are seeking a patient, safety-focused caregiver for a senior male client in a private home setting. The client is mentally alert, conversational, kind, motivated, and enjoys meaningful interaction. This case requires a caregiver who is comfortable with personal care, mobility support, fall prevention, companionship, and light housekeeping.Caregiver Duties:Personal care assistanceDressing, grooming, and hygiene supportToileting-related clothing assistance as neededMobility support and fall preventionSafety supervision throughout the shiftCompanionship, conversation, and encouragementLight housekeeping, bed making, tidying, and laundrySimple meal preparation and fluid encouragementMedication reminders only, as directed by the care planObservation and reporting of changes in condition, mood, balance, strength, or safetyAccurate documentation of care providedFollowing the written care plan and agency policiesWhat We Need:Minimum age of 18Proven caregiving experience preferredExperience with seniors, personal care, mobility support, rehab recovery, and fall-risk clients preferredCompassionate, professional, reliable, and detail-orientedStrong communication skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAble to work independently in a private home settingAble to follow directions and care plansAble to maintain client confidentiality and HIPAA compliancePhysically capable of assisting with personal care, mobility support, and light housekeepingTransportation Requirements:Reliable transportation requiredValid current driver's license requiredCurrent car insurance requiredGood driving record requiredRequired Employment Documents:Proof of identity and work authorization for Form I-9Valid current driver's licenseSocial Security cardBirth certificateProof of high school completion or equivalentCurrent car insuranceScreening Requirements:Comprehensive background check requiredDrug screening, if applicableFive verifiable professional references requiredNo friends or family references acceptedEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of screening, documentation, and reference verificationProfessional Expectations:Must arrive on time and ready to workMust follow Helping Hearts attendance, call-out, and scheduling policiesMust not make last-minute schedule changes once assigned without office approvalMust communicate concerns or incidents to the office immediatelyMust document care accuratelyMust maintain a clean, professional appearanceMust wear solid navy blue scrubs and closed-toe dark shoesMust be respectful to clients, families, coworkers, and office staffMust follow the care plan as writtenWhy Apply With Helping Hearts?At Helping Hearts USA LLC, caregiving is more than a job.
