We are looking for compassionate Caregivers (CNA/PCA) who are dedicated to providing exceptional care and embodying our Core Values, which guide every decision we make.What The Reserve at Lake Austin Offers YouA growing company with opportunities for career advancementImmediate pay access — no more waiting for paydayTuition reimbursement to support your professional growthComprehensive medical benefits with discounted gym membershipsDental, vision, life, and disability insurance401(k) retirement plan with company matchPaid holidays and paid time offEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Perks and employee discount programsSupportive, team-oriented workplace cultureGeneral SummaryAs a Caregiver (CNA/PCA), you will assist residents with their daily living routines under the indirect supervision of a Nurse or Supervisor, following established procedures and guidelines.Caregiver Essential Functions/Major ResponsibilitiesPerform Assisted Daily Living (ADL) duties to ensure residents' cleanliness and comfort, such as transferring, mobility, bathing, changing briefs, peri-care, toileting, oral hygiene, grooming, dressing, and bed linen changes.Assist residents in attending appointments, meals, activities, and other scheduled events, including pushing wheelchairs, assisting with walkers, and monitoring schedules.Maintain accurate care records, shift summaries, and communications for co-workers to ensure continuity of care.Physical DemandsAbility to regularly walk, stand, bend, stoop, or sit for extended periods.Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or assist with moving objects or individuals weighing over 50 lbs.Ability to maintain focus on safety, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the shift.RequirementsAnnual flu vaccination required (medical or religious exemptions considered).Caregiver Specific Skills & QualificationsDependable and reliable with strong attendance and punctuality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to make sound, independent decisions, including in stressful situations.Compassionate, respectful, and professional when interacting with residents, families, team members, and the public.Genuine concern for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of older adults and their families.At The Reserve at Lake Austin, we've partnered with MemoMate, an AI-powered virtual interviewer, to make the first step in our hiring process simple, convenient, and engaging for all candidates.The Reserve at Lake Austin is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
