Job Summary: Job and Interviews Are in Lake Havasu CityWe are seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of care, including seniors, and individuals with special needs. Your role will involve providing support with daily activities, ensuring the well-being and safety of clients, and promoting a positive and nurturing environment.Responsibilities:Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingProvide companionship and emotional support to clientsMedication reminder as prescribed by healthcare professionalsPrepare meals and assist with feeding if necessaryPerform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning, laundry, and tidying upEscort clients to appointments or outings as neededMonitor and report any changes in client's condition to office staffFollow all HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentialityRespect and uphold resident rights and dignity at all timesExperience:Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not requiredFamiliarity with senior careKnowledge of first aid procedures is beneficialSkills:Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clientsCompassionate and patient demeanorStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to prioritize tasks and manage time effectivelyUnderstanding of hospice care principles is desirableRequirements:Valid driver’s license & auto insurancePass federal background checkWe offer competitive pay rates and flexible scheduling options.
