Caregiver Care PartnerCompensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourLocation: Bozeman, MontanaCompany: Highgate at BozemanJob Type: Part-time and full-timeSummary: Are you passionate about supporting seniors and their families? Do you have a heart for service and a desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others? As a Caregiver Care Partner at Highgate at Bozeman, you'll have the opportunity to do just that. Join our compassionate team and help residents live each day to the fullest in our assisted living and memory care community.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)Provide companionship and purposeful engagement throughout the daySupport dining, hydration, and basic housekeeping tasks that promote a safe, clean environmentObserve and promptly report changes in condition; document care per policyFollow infection control, safety, and emergency proceduresAssist with transfers and mobility using safe techniques and equipmentPartner with team members and families to honor resident preferences and routinesRequirements:At least 18 years of ageCPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Ability to obtain required state caregiving license (if applicable)Current negative TB testAbility to stand, bend, and move throughout shift; transfer up to 50 lbs with assistanceAbility to pass a criminal background checkStrong time management; able to work independently with minimal oversightPreferred Qualifications:Prior work or volunteer experience in assisted living, memory care, or caregivingHospitality, healthcare, or customer service rolesMulti-tasking positions where kindness and reliability matteredVolunteer experience with vulnerable groupsWhat We Offer:Competitive pay: $20-$22/hrFull benefits package401(k) with matchingEmployee referral bonusesGrowth pathways and internal promotionsPositive, inclusive, values-driven cultureJoin a workplace that values heart, purpose, and community.
