We invite you to join our team as a Caregiver Care Partner Resident Aide at Highgate Senior Living in Vancouver, Washington.As a Caregiver Care Partner Resident Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live with purpose each day. You will provide whole-person support, including physical assistance and emotional support with dignity and respect. You will also observe and report changes, document per policy, and uphold infection control and safety procedures.Responsibilities:Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)Offer companionship, cueing, and purposeful engagementObserve and report changes; document per policyUphold infection control and safety proceduresSupport dining, hydration, and restorative activitiesSkills & Attributes:Compassion, patience, and professionalismClear communication; problem-solvingAdaptability; teamwork; willingness to learnInterest in dementia-support techniquesRelatable Experience:Assisted living, memory care, or caregiving rolesHospitality/healthcare/customer serviceQualifications:At least 18 years of ageCPR & First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Current negative TB test; background check clearanceWe offer more than a job – we offer a mission.
