Our Santa Barbara and Santa Maria locations are seeking compassionate individuals to join our caring team.Position OverviewWe're looking for dedicated caregivers who want to make a meaningful impact in their community by providing essential support to seniors. If you have a heart for helping others and desire a rewarding career, we want to meet you!Essential Responsibilities• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) • Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation • Provide medication reminders • Assist with mobility and transportation to appointments • Monitor and report changes in client condition • Maintain a safe and clean environmentQualifications• Genuine compassion for seniors and a desire to help others • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license • Physical ability to assist clients with mobility • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Previous caregiving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidates) • CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)Schedule Options: • Day, evening, and weekend shifts available • Full-time and part-time positions • Ability to choose shifts that work best for youService Areas: We serve clients throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Maria Counties, including: • Santa Barbara • Santa Maria • Goleta • Carpinteria • Solvang • Buellton • And surrounding communitiesJoin our team of compassionate caregivers and help make a difference in your community!
