Caregiver Position at Covenant Glen of FrankenmuthCovenant Glen of Frankenmuth is looking for a Caregiver who is responsible for providing compassionate, reliable care and assistance to clients during the first shift.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility.Maintains a safe and clean environmentProvides companionshipMonitors clients for changes in condition, and communicates important observations to family members and healthcare staff.Qualifications:Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related dutiesValid driver’s license and reliable transportation every single dayValidated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive mannerAvailable to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekendsPrior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
