In this role, you will support residents with daily living activities while building meaningful relationships and contributing to a safe, comfortable environment.Responsibilities:Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Engage residents in activities and conversationObserve and report changes in health or behaviorMaintain a clean and safe environmentDocument care providedWork collaboratively with nursing and care teamsQualifications:High school diploma or GEDCNA preferred, but not requiredCaregiving experience is a plusStrong communication skillsCompassionate and reliableWhy Work at Columbia Cottage?Supportive, team-focused environment.
