If you're dependable, caring, and enjoy helping others, we'd love to meet you.Why You'll Love Working With Us:$1,000 Sign-On Bonus Competitive Pay: $17.00–$17.50 per hour based on experience Shift Differential for Night Shift Medical, Dental, Vision & Supplemental Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Discounts Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities Supportive Leadership Team & Positive Work Environment Opportunity to Advance into Med Tech RolesWhat You'll Do:As an Overnight Caregiver, you'll help ensure our residents are safe, comfortable, and cared for throughout the night.Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as neededProvide reassurance, companionship, and compassionate supportConduct resident safety and wellness checksMonitor and report changes in resident conditionMaintain accurate documentation and communication with nursing staffAssist with morning routines and resident preparation for the dayHelp create a calm, secure, and welcoming environment for residentsWhat We're Looking For:Caring, dependable, and compassionate individualsPrevious caregiving or CNA experience preferred, but not requiredStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently during overnight hoursAbility to pass a drug screen, TB test, and background checkReady to Grow Your Career?If you're a CNA with an active license and qualifying experience, you may be eligible for our Med Tech Program.
