Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Flexible Hours – Hernando and Citrus County, FLComForCare Home Care is hiring compassionate caregivers, HHAs, and CNAs to provide in-home senior care. If you're looking for flexible hours, meaningful work, and bi-weekly pay, we want to hear from you. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in home care, senior care, assisted living, or healthcare support.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene assistance)Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall preventionOffer medication reminders under RN directionSupport activities of daily living (ADLs) including meal prep, feeding, and light housekeepingProvide companionship and emotional support to seniorsMaintain accurate caregiver notes and documentationEnsure a safe, clean, and comfortable home environmentQualificationsCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentExperience in caregiving, home health, or senior care (preferred)Knowledge of basic medical terminology and caregiving best practicesAbility to work independently and follow care plansStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, dependable, and patient-focused attitudeAbility to lift, transfer, and assist clients safelyReliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homesWhy Join Our Team?Competitive pay + bonus opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a real difference in seniors' livesAdditional RequirementsMust pass Level 2 background screening via the AHCA ClearinghouseJob Type: Part-time Benefits:Flexible scheduleCompensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourJoin our team and be a part of a certified Great Place To Work®!
