We work hard to provide a supportive environment where caregivers have clear communication, dependable scheduling, and an office team they can count on.When you join Caring Senior Service, you can expect:$12–$14 per hourFlexible schedulingFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunitiesDay, evening, overnight, and weekend shiftsPaid Time OffDirect DepositOn-Demand PayConsistent client assignments when availableOne-on-one care instead of managing multiple residents at onceMerit-based pay increasesOngoing training and professional developmentOpportunities for advancementA supportive and responsive local office teamWhat You'll DoAs a caregiver, you will work one-on-one with seniors in their homes and help them maintain their independence and quality of life.Responsibilities may include:Providing companionship and social interactionAssisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneHelping with walking, mobility, positioning, and transfersProviding toileting and incontinence assistancePreparing meals and assisting with eatingProviding medication remindersCompleting light housekeeping and laundryAssisting with errands and transportationAccompanying clients to appointmentsObserving and reporting changes in a client's conditionMaintaining a safe and comfortable home environmentProtecting each client's privacy, dignity, and independenceCommunicating with clients, families, and the Caring Senior Service teamDocumenting care provided during each shiftWhat We're Looking ForWe are looking for caregivers who are compassionate, dependable, professional, and ready to make a difference.Requirements:At least 1 year of caregiving experienceReliable transportationValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background checkDependable attendance and professional communicationCNA, HHA, and PCA experience is welcomed but not required for every position.
