Responsibilities may include:Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Helping with mobility and transfersLight housekeeping, laundry, and bed linen changesMeal preparation and assistance with eatingMedication remindersTransportation or errandsProviding companionship and emotional supportRequirementsWhat We're Looking ForMust be 18 years or olderValid driver's license and reliable transportationAuto insurance coverageAbility to work every other weekendMinimum 30 hours of availability per monthAt least 1 year of professional caregiving, CNA, or home care experienceExperience with dementia or Alzheimer's care is a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift and carry up to 25 lbsAbility to stand, walk, bend, squat, and kneel for extended periodsAbility to climb stairs and reach overheadComfortable working in homes with pets or smokersAbility to use proper safety equipment (gloves, masks, etc.)Ability to read and follow care instructions and safety guidelines
