Caregiver Position AvailableWe have a 12 hour day shift (8am-8pm) in Arlington, VA with a female client that is available IMMEDIATELY! Applicants must be 100% vaccinated with the COVID-19 vaccine. For joining our team, we offer the following:$100 SIGNING BONUS paid in the first month if conditions are met.$350 REFERRAL BONUS for future employees you referFrequent opportunities to pick up additional shiftsCompetitive pay rates with periodic bonusesA positive, collaborative, and supportive environment where team members are treated with respectRegular recognition and appreciation for exceptional client serviceCareer advancement opportunities for high performersEducation and training opportunitiesOffice support 24/7Primary Job Responsibilities:Engage with and support clients to your fullest capabilitiesProvide personal care and ADL support for clientsMaintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment within the client's residence; duties include light cleaning, laundry, and other household tasksAssist with medication reminders and healthcare recommendationsMonitor client's condition and report relevant matters to our Nursing team.Provide transportation to appointments, errands, etc.Qualifications and Requirements:Must be a compassionate, positive, and collaborative individual!Possess State of Virginia CNA License, CNA Certificate, HHA, or PCA certificateCurrent PPD in the last 12 months or chest X-ray in the last five yearsAbility to work in the United StatesPass a criminal background screeningHave access to reliable transportation and drivers licenseHours: Dependent on assignment; shifts available 24 hours a day, 7 days per week and based on availability.
