We’ll fit your area of expertise to the seniors you’ll care for.We're looking for caregivers in Rochester Hills, Westland, Canton, Troy, and West Bloomfield.Responsibilities:Provide personalized care and companionship to seniors, fostering a supportive environmentPrepare meals and assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a comfortable living spaceProvide transportation and run errands to support clients’ daily needsAssist with mobility and ensure safety to promote independenceOffer medication reminders to help clients manage their health effectivelyRequirements:Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not mandatoryPossession of CNA certification is highly valuedHome Health Aide (HHA) certification is an added advantageReliable transportation to travel to client locationsA compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude is essentialWe welcome healthcare students currently completing their training programsBenefits:Competitive pay ranging from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly based on certification, work history, and experienceFlexible scheduling options including full-time and part-time availabilityPaid training programs and opportunities for professional growthSupportive leadership and a positive, team-oriented cultureThe rewarding experience of providing one-on-one care to seniorsMeaningful work that makes a real difference every day
