Caregiver Position AvailableWe are a new home care agency serving clients in Overland Park, Lenexa, Leawood, Olathe and Shawnee, KS. We are looking for compassionate Caregivers to be part of our team and join us in our mission of enhancing seniors' lives, one day at a time. You work individually with clients, one-on-one, providing a variety of non-medical services that allows you to form relationships with seniors who desire to age in place in their own homes.ResponsibilitiesWith dignity, compassion, and care, your duties include, but not limited to:CompanionshipLight cooking and cleaningBathing, grooming and toiletingAssistance with ambulation and medication remindersTransportation for appointments and errandsQualificationsExceptional communication skillsReliable transportation; if transporting clients, must also have proof of a valid driver's license and auto insuranceProof of current TB testingMust be physically able to perform the duties of this positionMature, caring, punctual, and reliablePass a criminal background check (national and required by the state)BenefitsWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE)We provide liability insuranceWe provide worker's compensationWe provide flexible schedulesReferral BonusesCompensation: $15.00 - $17.50 per hour
