Serving the Northwest Suburbs: Des Plaines, Elk Grove, Park Ridge, Palatine, Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates. Responsibilities may include:Personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygieneMeal preparation and light housekeepingMedication remindersCompanionship and emotional supportMobility assistance, transfers, and ambulationTransportation to appointments or errands, when applicableFollowing individual care plans and client routinesMonitoring and reporting changes in a client's condition to the office teamProviding respectful, dependable care while maintaining client dignity and independenceRequirements:Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insuranceAt least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (Personal caregiving experience may be considered)Must be dependable, compassionate, and patientStrong communication and observation skillsAbility to follow care plans and client-specific instructions ***DO NOT apply if you are commuting from Chicago, IL.
