Caregiver OpportunityWant a caregiving job where you can make a difference every day? Senior Helpers of Silver Spring is looking for compassionate caregivers who are ready to help seniors stay independent, safe, and comfortable at home.As a Caregiver, no two days are the same. You might help someone get ready for the day, prepare a favorite meal, provide mobility support, head to an appointment, or lend a hand around the house. And sometimes, the most meaningful part is simply sharing a great conversation, a few laughs, or some encouragement.We’ll make sure you’re ready to succeed. You’ll receive hands-on orientation and skills training, ongoing support from our local team, and specialized training for caring for clients living with dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and other age-related conditions. You bring the compassion—we’ll provide the training, tools, and support.Schedule & PayCompetitive pay starting at $17/hour based on experience and qualificationsFlexible shifts including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and live-in assignmentsComprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance benefitsOpportunities to grow with a supportive and mission-driven teamWhat We're Looking ForWe’re looking for a compassionate, dependable caregiver committed to making a difference through exceptional, client-centered care.
