We are actively hiringCaregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides (HHAs) for weekend shifts in the St. Croix Valley and Hudson areas. What We OfferCompetitive pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour (premium pay for short shifts)Weekly pay with direct depositFlexible weekend schedulesHealth, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance401(k) with 4% company matchPaid Sick & Safe Time (1 hour accrued per 30 hours worked)Travel time reimbursementOne-on-one client care (no facility work)Ongoing training and career developmentHHA training & certification availableSupportive leadership and clinical oversightWhat You'll DoProvide hands-on personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulationSupport clients with errands, appointments, and daily activitiesOffer companionship and emotional supportObserve and report changes in client conditionFollow individualized care plans while promoting independence and dignityWhat We're Looking ForActive CNA or HHA certification (required)1+ year caregiving experience preferredCPR certification and negative TB test (or chest X-ray)Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insuranceAbility to safely assist with transfers (up to 50 lbs)Strong communication and commitment to client careReliable, compassionate, and professional demeanorPreferred Experience Caregivers with experience as:CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)Home Health Aide (HHA)Personal Care Assistant (PCA)Caregiver / CompanionDirect Support Professional (DSP)Why BrightStar Care At BrightStar Care of St. Croix Valley & Hudson, we believe caregivers deserve respect, flexibility, and real support.
