Caregiver Position at Trinity SpringsTrinity Springs, a Cassia community, is hiring caregivers to join our inclusive team in an assisted living and memory care setting! As a caregiver at Trinity Springs, you will provide person-centered care to our residents, supporting them with their activities of daily living (ADLs) such as showering/bathing, shampooing of hair, and medication administration while promoting dignity, independence, and well-being. This position is ideal for someone who truly wants to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be working in our assisted living or memory care unit.Positions Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible position working a varying schedule including every other weekendAvailable Shifts (Including every other weekend): Evenings: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Part-Time or Full-Time) Memory Care or Assisted LivingWage Range: Assisted Living: $15 - $18.75/hour depending on experience Memory Care $15.50 - $19.30/hour depending on experience Shift Differential: Evenings $1.00Caregiver Responsibilities:Provide residents' services based on service schedules/care plans.Exhibit a caring and compassionate attitude for others.Answer help and pull cords in timely fashion and take appropriate action.Plan and complete duties with minimal direction from supervisor.Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.Complete incident reports within scheduled shift.Caregiver Qualifications:Ability to work weekends and flexible schedule as we work on a 2-week rotation.1+ year of caregiving (CNA or HHA) experience preferredAssisted Living or Memory Care experience preferredCassia Benefits:Competitive pay with experience-based raisesTuition assistance & student loan forgiveness (site-specific)Paid time off (PTO) & 403(b)/401(k) with employer matchComprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance) for full-time employeesEmployee assistance program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family membersEmployee discount programPet insurance"I enjoy my team players and we all work as a team here at Trinity Springs."
