Job description
CaregiverRight at Home Central MO is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who provide in-home care and assistance to seniors and vulnerable adults in Columbia, Missouri. As a caregiver with Right at Home, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of your clients, while also being part of a supportive and collaborative work environment.Responsibilities:Provide high-quality in-home care and assistance to clients, including companion care, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services such as bathing and dressingBuild strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferencesCollaborate with clients' healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care and supportMaintain accurate records and documentation of care providedTravel to clients' homes in Columbia, Missouri, and surrounding areasRequirements:Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Companion CaregiverHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periodsReliable transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekendsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate and empathetic nature, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to clientsBenefits:(Note: Benefits are currently n/a, but we are open to discussing a competitive benefits package with the right candidate.)How to Apply:If you are a passionate and caring individual who is looking for a rewarding career in home care, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
