Caregiver / Companion DriverOak Ridge & Clinton, TN$15.00-$16.00 Hourly Pay + Mileage, Paid Bi-Weekly.Mondays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PMAdditional hours may be available on an as-needed basis for errands, grocery shopping, appointments, and light household assistance.Hand n Hand Home Health Care is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and patient Caregiver/Companion Driver to assist a client with transportation to and from weekly medical appointments and provide occasional companionship and household support. The ideal candidate will be reliable, attentive, and comfortable accompanying clients in community settings while promoting their safety, comfort, and independence.Essential Responsibilities for Caregiver Companion DriverSafely transport the client to and from scheduled appointments.Remain with the client at the appointment location until they are called back by the provider.Wait on-site until the appointment is completed and assist the client back to the vehicle.Provide companionship and support throughout the outing.Ensure timely arrival and maintain a professional, courteous demeanor.Accompany the client on grocery shopping trips and other community outings.Assist with running errands as needed.Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as:Tidying common areasWashing dishesLight laundryOrganizing household itemsHelp with grocery unloading and putting away purchases.Perform other non-medical household tasks as assigned.Qualifications for Companion Caregiver DriverValid driver's license is required.Current automobile insurance is required.Reliable personal vehicle with a clean driving record.Ability to pass all required background screenings.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Dependable, punctual, and professional.Previous caregiving, companion care, or customer service experience preferred but not required.Compassionate and patient personality.Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.Comfortable working independently.Why Join Our Team?This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact in the life of another person through reliable transportation, companionship, and support with everyday tasks.Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 4.0 per weekBenefits:Referral programWork Location: In person
