Whether you're assisting with daily tasks or offering companionship, your presence will mean the world to someone.What You’ll Do:Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, toileting)Help with mobility support such as walking, transferring, and fall preventionPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if neededPerform light housekeeping – laundry, dishes, tidying upProvide transportation to appointments, errands, or social outingsOffer companionship and build meaningful relationshipsMonitor and report changes in client’s conditionSupport medication reminders (non-medical)What We’re Looking For:Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or a related field is a plusGenuine compassion, patience, and a heart for helpingStrong communication and time-management skillsAbility to safely assist with lifting/mobility tasksReliable transportation and valid driver’s licenseMust pass a background checkAuthorized to work in the U.S.Fluent in EnglishJob Details:Position: Caregiver / Companion / Home Health Aide / CNALocation: Sarasota County, FLSchedule: Flexible full-time shifts (day, night, weekends available)Perks of Working With Us:Meaningful work with supportive team cultureFlexible scheduling – we work with your availabilityOpportunity for long-term placements and full-time advancementPaid training and ongoing supportBe part of a company that truly values your contribution
