We are composed of highly trained and competent staff members who are dedicated and experts in delivering home care services in the comfort of our client's home.Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Caregivers, Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Senior Companions to join our non-medical home care team. As a Caregiver Covington, you will have the opportunity to improve the quality of life for our clients by providing friendly and compassionate care. This is our agency's goal, and we are looking for patient-focused individuals like you who truly care about quality homecare and have the desire to provide our clients with the best possible care.Responsibilities:Provide individualized care and assistance to clients in their homesAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingHelp clients with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and using assistive devicesAssist with meal preparation and light housekeepingProvide companionship and social interaction to clientsCommunicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionalsMaintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services providedDemonstrate compassion, empathy, and respect for all clients and their familiesRequirements:3 years of experience in the healthcare industry or a related fieldValid driver's license and reliable vehicleCell phoneAbility to speak English fluentlyClean arrest record and good driving recordLevel 2 Background Check requiredWork Environment:Part-time and full-time positions availableFlexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekendsShifts available throughout Baton Rouge and surrounding areasOpportunities for growth and advancementWhy Join Our Team?At BrightCare HomeCare, we offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.
