Be the Reason Someone Can Keep Calling Home, HomeAre you an experienced caregiver in the Cuba City area who is comfortable providing hands-on personal care and knows how important dignity, patience, and safety are when helping someone with their daily routine?We're hiring experienced caregivers who can provide consistent part time availability between 8 am and 9 pm. We are looking for caregivers who can maintain a reliable and consistent weekly schedule within these hours.This is a one-on-one care opportunity in a home setting where relationship-centered care and reliability matter deeply.Benefits of Joining Home Instead:Competitive pay: $16-$18 per hour$1.00/hr Additional for Weekend HoursPart-time schedulesPaid training24/7 Support with Office TeamSchedule for Cuba City:Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9 am to 1 pmMonday and Wednesday 6 pm to 9 pmSaturday 6 pm–9 pmSunday 9 am -12 pmSchedule for Platteville:Sunday and Thursday 9 am to 1 pmMust have valid driver's license and auto insurance plus reliable transportation. Continuity in homes is critical so must be willing to commit to weekly schedule.Caregiver Responsibilities Include:Provide dementia cueing and calming supportHands-on transfer and mobility assistance including working alongside family members when neededPreparing blended soft/pureed meals that are dairy freeSupervising meals closely for swallowing safetyHands-on personal care, including bathing, showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting-related assistanceEncourage and provide guidance for established exercise or therapy plansMaintain a clean, comfortable living environment through light housekeeping, household organization, laundry, and routine household tasksWorking collaboratively with familyPhysically capable of assisting with heavier-care needsComfortable in homes with cats and dogsThis is not a light companionship role.
