Home Matters Caregiving wants to be the most valuable partner to our caregivers and clients in a competitive landscape.Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior populationMust have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform dutiesExecute client care plans and document daily activitiesAssist clients with activities of daily livingProvide clients with household assistance: food preparation, monitoring home safety, laundering, light housekeepingProvide clients with personal care assistance: hygienic care, mobility assistance, medication assistance, companionshipSchedule: Consistent and flexible shiftsExperience: One year of formal caregiving experience in senior careAgency officeClient homesSkilled, Independent and Assisted Living CommunitiesSupervisor: Executive DirectorAble to lift 50 lbs. using safe, ergonomic movementsAble to stand, walk, reach, crouch, use hands and fingersAble to talk, hear and seePhysically and mentally able to drive a vehicleJob Type: Full-time/Part-timePay: Starting at $14/hr, depending on experienceBenefits: Weekly PayPay CardsHoliday payPerformance pay raisesReferral bonus (employees and clients)
