This role supports members with daily living activities, skill-building, and community engagement while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Assist members with activities of daily living, including toileting and hygienePrepare simple meals and assist with cooking as neededPerform light cleaning and maintain a safe environmentFacilitate activities such as crafts, games, and group participationAccompany members on outings and community activitiesProvide encouragement and positive support throughout the dayFollow care plans and safety guidelines consistentlyPrerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:Fingerprint Clearance Card (need to obtain within 90 days of hire)CPR Certification (training assistance available)First Aid Certification (training assistance available)Article 9 Certification (training assistance available)If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated resume.
