Training is provided for qualified candidates.We're looking for someone who is:At least 18 years oldCompassionate, dependable, and responsibleWilling to learn and growComfortable working independently in a client's homeAble to communicate effectivelyEquipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportationExperience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.Education & Career AdvancementCaregiving is an excellent way to gain hands-on experience if you're considering a future career as a CNA, LPN, RN, social worker, or other healthcare professional.Eligible direct-care employees may also have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program.Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, supporting career advancement in home and community-based care.To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements.
