We provide thorough in-home introductions and side-by-side onboarding for new cases so you feel confident from day one.Caregiver-first culture: Clear communication, reliable scheduling, and the respect you deserve as a skilled professional.What we need: skilled, professional caregivers.We are looking for independent, compassionate professionals with proven caregiving experience who can confidently manage:Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and incontinence careMobility & Transfer Assistance: Safe use of gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, and transfer techniquesMedication Reminders & Monitoring: Supporting clients in following their care plansChronic Condition Support: Experience with dementia, Parkinson's, stroke recovery, or other conditions is highly valuedProfessionalism & Reliability: Showing up on time, following care plans with integrity, and communicating proactively with our office teamCompensation & career growth.Pay range: $17.00 – $19.00/hour (commensurate with experience and skill level)Career advancement: As we grow, so do you. We offer clear pathways to care coordinator roles, where you can manage a caseload and mentor other caregivers.Flexible scheduling: Whether you're looking for 8 hours or 35+ hours per week, we work with your availability.Requirements.Experience: Demonstrated skilled caregiving experience (private duty, facility, or home care agency background strongly preferred)Certifications (preferred but not required): CNA, PCA, HHA, or similar credentialsReliable transportation: Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and active cell phoneService area: Ability to serve clients throughout Tucson, Green Valley, and SahuaritaA message from our leadership."We are building this agency from the ground up with a commitment to value-based care and real impact.
